Through major investments in infrastructure modernization, SAP and MES implementation, and cybersecurity enhancement, Our Client is building a scalable, future-ready foundation designed to support long-term growth, operational excellence, and business innovation.ABOUT THE ROLEThe SAP Lead will serve as the primary technical and functional authority for SAP systems, driving implementation, integration, and continuous optimization initiatives across the organization. This highly visible role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align SAP capabilities with strategic objectives while leading cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.RESPONSIBILITIESLead cross-functional SAP project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomesDrive the planning, design, and implementation of SAP modules and system enhancementsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutionsArchitect end-to-end business processes aligned with SAP best practicesOversee system testing, data migration, and user training to support successful deploymentsMonitor system performance and resolve complex issues to optimize functionality and user experienceEnsure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsMentor and develop SAP team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and supportDemonstrated experience leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teamsExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud-based SAP environmentsExperience operating within large-scale enterprise environments with complex business processesExperience working with offshore teams and Managed Service ProvidersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSAP certification in relevant modules or project management certification such as PMPFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies within SAP delivery environmentsAdvanced knowledge of SAP integration tools and middlewareStrong functional knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, or related areasExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsBENEFITSCompetitive compensation and benefitsFast-paced environment with opportunities for innovation and operational impact
