Please apply only if you meet these eligibility requirements.Job descriptionThis is a full-time, on-site SAP Lead Developer role located in Vietnam at Bosch Digital. The SAP Lead Developer (BTP, S/4HANA, R/3, Fiori, AI) will design, develop, and implement SAP solutions that support complex business processes across Bosch’s digital ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end software development on SAP BTP, S/4HANA, R/3, Fiori, and related AI-enabled applications, as well as ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, overseeing code quality and technical standards, and mentoring development teams. The SAP Lead Developer will troubleshoot and optimize applications, manage system performance, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in SAP and cloud environments.QualificationsHave 5–10 years of experience in SAP software development, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP technologies and experience taking technical ownership or leading development activities.Strong understanding of Business Process analysis, mapping, and optimization, with experience aligning SAP solutions to organizational workflows and objectives.Proficiency in Software Development within SAP environments (BTP, S/4HANA, R/3, Fiori), including solution design, configuration, and customization.Advanced Programming skills (e.g., ABAP, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SAPUI5, Node.js or similar) and experience with AI/ML integrations in enterprise applications.Hands-on Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP systems, using APIs, OData, REST, event-driven architectures, and middleware or integration platforms.Deep knowledge of SAP Products and technologies (BTP services, S/4HANA modules, Fiori design principles, SAP R/3 legacy systems) and their interoperability.Experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and code review, with the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional development teams.Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, international environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and experience working in large-scale enterprise or manufacturing environments are beneficial.
