ls) using LeanIX APIs and connectors.• Define and enforce data governance processes — data owners, survey workflows, data quality dashboards, and lifecyclemanagement of fact sheets.• Support Enterprise Architecture stakeholders in visualizing application dependencies, technology risk (e.g., end-of-lifesystems), and IT cost transparency.• Configure reports, dashboards, and inventories to support IT and business decision-making.• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure adoption across business and IT units.• Align LeanIX implementation with the organization's EA framework (e.g., TOGAF) and broader digital transformationand smart-infrastructure initiatives.• Ensure the platform and its data comply with the organization's information security, data governance, and regulatoryrequirements.• Provide ongoing administration, upgrades, and steady-state support post go-live.Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing or administering SAP LeanIX (orcomparable EA tools such as ArchiMate-based platforms).• Demonstrated experience with Application Portfolio Management, Business Capability Mapping, and ITComponent/Technology Risk management.• Experience integrating EA tools with CMDB/ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).• Prior experience in utilities, energy, government, or other critical infrastructure/public-sector environments stronglypreferred.• Working knowledge of IT/OT convergence challenges typical of utility organizations is an advantage.• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management skills.
