Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and PuneRequired:Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned SAP Logistics Solution Architect with deep, architect-level expertise across SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and TM (Transportation Management).

The ideal candidate will have led end-to-end SAP logistics implementations and transformations, and can independently design integrated, scalable solutions spanning order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and transportation/logistics execution processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SD, MM, and TM modules, ensuring seamless integration across the logistics and supply chain landscape.Lead requirement workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex logistics and supply chain needs into scalable SAP solutions.Design and validate solution blueprints, process flows, and integration architecture across SD, MM, TM, and adjacent modules (e.g., WM/EWM, FI/CO, PP).Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to functional and technical teams during design, build, and testing phases.Drive fit-gap analysis, evaluate standard SAP functionality versus custom development, and recommend the most effective solution approach.Lead migration/upgrade initiatives (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA) for logistics modules, ensuring minimal business disruption.Define and govern integration strategy between SAP TM and SD/MM, as well as with third-party logistics, carrier, and freight systems.Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and effort estimation for logistics engagements as needed.Mentor functional consultants and ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and governance.Engage directly with client leadership (CIO/IT Head level) to align solution architecture with business strategy.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of overall SAP experience, with a strong architect-level command of SD, MM, and TM modules.Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 full-cycle, end-to-end SAP implementations spanning SD, MM, and TM.Strong hands-on configuration and design expertise in order management, pricing, billing, credit management (SD); procurement, inventory management, valuation (MM); and freight order/booking management, carrier selection, freight costing (TM).Solid understanding of integration points between SD-MM-TM and with FI/CO, WM/EWM, and PP modules.Experience with S/4HANA logistics processes and migration/conversion projects preferred.Ability to work directly with business and IT stakeholders to define solution architecture and roadmaps.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior client leadership (CIO/VP/Director level).Good to HaveExposure to global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.Working knowledge of SAP BTP integration, IDocs, or API-based interfaces relevant to logistics/TM.SAP certification in SD, MM, or TM.Experience in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or logistics/3PL.
