This position will support U.S. operations and work closely with business users and a global SAP team to improve, configure, and deploy practical SAP solutions across the logistics landscape.WHAT YOU’LL OWNProvide functional support and hands-on configuration across SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with established global standards and templates.Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.Support and improve sourcing, procurement, inventory, material planning, MRP, production planning, order-to-cash, and related logistics processes.Document requirements for system conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and business logic.Develop clear functional specifications for custom enhancements and provide actionable direction to ABAP development resources.Troubleshoot application and integration issues, serving as the functional bridge between U.S. business users and the global SAP organization.Manage multiple SAP initiatives concurrently across cross-functional teams and operating locations.WHAT YOU NEEDProven experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production-support environments.Strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP; depth across all three modules is highly preferred.Solid working knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, materials planning, and MRP within SAP.Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and cross-module integration with SAP FI/CO.Experience gathering user requirements, developing process blueprints, and producing functional and solution-design documentation.Ability to create detailed functional specifications for custom development and communicate effectively with ABAP resources.Experience delivering multiple SAP projects or workstreams in a cross-functional, multi-location environment.Ability to travel domestically as business needs require.Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin language capability is a plus.WHY THIS ROLETake visible, hands-on ownership of SAP logistics solutions across a growing U.S. platform - from business requirement through implementation.
