Key Requirements

6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experienceSAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification (mandatory)Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident managementHands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and CalibrationExperience with Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Business RulesStrong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA managementExperience supporting enterprise-level HR and talent management environmentsIdeally, you'll have a background in SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Services (AMS), with experience supporting live environments, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering ongoing enhancements.
