Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Project Manager shall ensure that the SAP enhancement program is executed efficiently, in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, governance framework, business requirements, and applicable SAP leading practices.Project Monitoring and ExecutionMonitor implementation activities daily and verify alignment with the contracted scope, approved plan, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate and oversee onsite and offshore teams across all in-scope SAP modules.Maintain an integrated project plan and track progress, decisions, risks, issues, actions, and changes.Conduct weekly progress meetings with the system integrator or vendor to address blockers and confirm recovery actions.Provide weekly executive and project committee updates covering status, achievements, risks, issues, decisions required, and upcoming milestones.Documentation and Quality AssuranceReview and validate all key deliverables, including the Business Blueprint, technical and functional specifications, test plans and results, UAT documentation, approvals, training materials, end-user guides, and handover records.Verify that deliverables are complete, accurate, traceable to requirements, and formally approved by the authorized stakeholders.Maintain a centralized repository containing current and final versions of all project documentation.Support quality reviews and confirm that identified defects and gaps are resolved before acceptance.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the onsite focal point between ESNAD, the project team, business users, relevant departments, the system integrator, and SAP.Ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate timely decisions, approvals, escalations, and resolution of cross-functional dependencies.Governance, Risk, and ReportingApply an effective project governance framework aligned with SAP leading practices.Provide structured executive-level reports to the Steering Committee and ESNAD Head of IT.Maintain and report project KPIs, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, actions, and change requests.Escalate material schedule, scope, quality, resource, or commercial concerns promptly.Roadmap, Audit, and ReadinessDefine a practical SAP roadmap for initiatives beyond the current enhancement program.Conduct a final audit of the delivered SAP solution to confirm that in-scope functionalities are available, complete, and fit for purpose.Validate business readiness, system adoption, training completion, documentation, support arrangements, and outstanding actions before recommending final sign-off.Collaboration and Knowledge TransferWork under the direction of ESNAD’s IT Department and coordinate closely with IT teams and senior management.Facilitate structured knowledge transfer to IT and business teams during delivery and handover.Coordinate the timely resolution of technical issues with ESNAD, the system integrator, and SAP.Keep the IT Department informed and involved throughout all project stages.Minimum Resource QualificationsThe proposed Project Manager shall meet the following minimum requirements:At least ten (10) years of experience managing SAP implementation or enhancement projects.Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ERP initiatives covering Procurement (MM and Ariba), SuccessFactors, analytics, reporting, and security.Strong IT background with knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data flows, testing, cutover, and operational handover.Experience coordinating system integrators, SAP teams, and internal business functions.Excellent executive communication, reporting, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.PMP or an equivalent recognized project management certification is preferred.Ability to manage hybrid delivery models, including onsite and offshore teams and agile or waterfall approaches.Full-time onsite availability for the engagement term.
