More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork:Dubai-HybridExp:10+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects. The role requires strong project management expertise along with a solid understanding of SAP landscapes, business processes, delivery methodologies, and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams including Functional, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, and Infrastructure teams.Manage SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects.Act as the primary point of contact between the client, business stakeholders, SAP teams, vendors, and senior management.Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Monitor project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and milestones.Drive project governance through regular Steering Committee, status, RAID, and governance meetings.Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment and approval.Ensure effective coordination across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, TM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, and other SAP solutions as applicable.Oversee business requirements, solution design, development, testing, data migration, integration, cutover, and deployment activities.Drive SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business sign-off.Lead cutover and go-live planning, including mock cutovers and production readiness.Ensure successful transition to Application Support / AMS teams after go-live.Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.Track project financials including budget, actuals, forecasts, resource utilization, and commercial commitments.Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, quality standards, security requirements, and documentation standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and delivery optimization.Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to leadership.Required SkillsStrong experience in SAP project/program management.Experience managing large-scale SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, or S/4HANA transformation projects.Good understanding of SAP functional and technical architecture.Strong knowledge of SAP project lifecycle and implementation methodologies.Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.Strong understanding of project management principles including:Scope managementSchedule managementResource managementRisk & issue managementBudget managementChange managementStakeholder managementExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong experience managing global, cross-functional and distributed teams.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.Strong vendor and client management skills.Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Preferred QualificationsPMP / PRINCE2 certification.SAP Activate certification or experience.Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.Experience with SAP Cloud / RISE with SAP projects.Exposure to SAP BTP, integrations, data migration, and cloud transformation.Strong understanding of SAP security, testing, integration, and cutover processes.Experience10–15+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years of SAP project management experience and proven experience managing medium-to-large SAP programs/projects.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
