SAP QM Senior Functional Consultant (Mandarin/Chinese Speaking)📍 Location: Cyberjaya 🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP QM Senior Functional Consultant to lead and support SAP Quality Management initiatives across global projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business and IT solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires strong expertise in SAP QM, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of SAP QM projects and enhancements.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Quality Management processes and solutions.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective SAP QM solutions.Design and develop future-state ("To-Be") business processes aligned with business objectives.Create functional specifications and validate technical developments with development teams.Configure SAP QM modules and maintain configuration documentation in accordance with project standards.Identify, manage, and escalate configuration conflicts across projects and integrated systems.Support test planning activities, including test case creation, test data preparation, and testing execution.Assist in data migration, system integration testing, and cutover activities.Provide site-specific and country-specific SAP process expertise where required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and business functions.Support project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.Required QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP Quality Management (QM) consulting experience.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken), with experience working in multinational environments.Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements management, data analysis, and solution design.Deep expertise in SAP Quality Management processes and their integration with other SAP modules.Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, data flows, and system dependencies.Experience working with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies.Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders, including senior management and director-level leadership.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business users.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive requirements through prototyping and collaboration.Experience working in Agile delivery environments and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Willingness to travel based on project or business requirements.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences industry is highly advantageous.Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs is a plus.Knowledge of quality compliance standards and regulated environments is preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on large-scale global SAP transformation projects.Exposure to multinational teams and stakeholders.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career growth opportunities within a dynamic consulting ecosystem.Apply now if you are a seasoned SAP QM professional with strong Mandarin communication skills and a passion for delivering business value through SAP solutions.
