About the Role

Role Name : SAP RE‑FX Techno‑Functional ConsultantA SAP RE‑FX Techno‑Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions across leasing, property management, contract administration, and IFRS‑16 compliant lease accounting. The consultant owns end‑to‑end delivery of SAP RE‑FX solutions across ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Asset Accounting, MM, and other modules. The role requires strong techno‑functional expertise, stakeholder management, and hands‑on configuration skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and translate business requirements for real estate, leasing, and property management processes.Conduct Fit‑Gap, Fit‑to‑Standard, and solution‑design workshops with business teams.Support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting including ROU assets, lease liabilities, valuation, and postings.Integrate RE‑FX with FI/CO, FI‑AA, MM, AP/AR, and other modules.Prepare functional specs for RICEFW and collaborate with ABAP teams.Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.Support data migration, mapping, reconciliation, cutover, and go‑live activities.Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements.Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end‑user training.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and global business stakeholders.Configure and implement RE‑FX components: Business Entities Buildings Rental Objects Real Estate Contracts (Lease‑In / Lease‑Out) Conditions, rent calculations, escalations, renewals Service charge settlement Periodic postingsRequired Skills & Experience6–10+ years of hands‑on SAP RE‑FX experience Strong configuration experience in:Contract managementLease‑In / Lease‑OutProperty managementRent calculation & billingService charge settlementPeriodic postingsDeep understanding of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting.Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE‑FX highly preferred.Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, AA, MM.Experience preparing functional specs and working with ABAP teams.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.Experience in testing, cutover, go‑live, and production support.Knowledge of SAP Intelligent Real Estate or Contract Lease Management (CLM) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.Preferred QualificationsSAP certification in RE‑FX, FI, or S/4HANA.Experience in large‑scale SAP transformation programs.Strong consulting and communication skills.Experience supporting enterprise‑level real estate portfolios.Please inbox for more details : moumita.p@dautom.com
