Job Title: SAP Reporting Team Leader/Manager

Location: New York, NY (Possibly Hybrid)Work Authorization: We are currently considering candidates who are U.S.

Citizens, Green Card holders, or eligible to work under TN status.We are seeking an experienced SAP Reporting Lead / Manager to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP analytics expertise, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of SAP reporting and analytics solutions.Manage SAP Embedded Analytics, including CDS Views, Fiori, and S/4HANA reporting.Develop and optimize data models using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA.Use SAP Datasphere to integrate and manage data across multiple sources.Build dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Tableau.Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead analytics initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.Required Qualifications10+ years of SAP analytics/reporting experience.Strong experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, BW/4HANA, SAC, Embedded Analytics, and S/4HANA.Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud and Azure Databricks.Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder-management skills.PreferredExperience with SAC Planning and Consolidation.SAP analytics certifications.Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.Experience leading SAP analytics projects in a client-facing environment.Key Skills: SAP Datasphere | SAP HANA Cloud | BW/4HANA | SAC | S/4HANA | Embedded Analytics | CDS Views | Fiori | Power BI | Tableau | Azure Databricks | Data Modeling | ETL
