SAP RISE Delivery Executive

The Opportunity: Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned SAP RISE Delivery Executive to lead large-scale SAP transformation engagements under the RISE with SAP framework. The role requires strong leadership in delivery management, client relationship management, cloud transformation, program governance, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of SAP RISE programs, managing executive stakeholder relationships, driving business value realization, and leading cross-functional global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of SAP RISE transformation programs and managed services engagements.Oversee SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration, implementation, and transformation initiatives.Establish delivery governance models, risk management frameworks, and quality assurance processes.Ensure successful execution against scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.Client & Executive Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary delivery executive for strategic clients.Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and IT executives.Conduct Executive Steering Committee meetings and governance reviews.Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.Program GovernanceDefine and monitor program KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial metrics.Establish governance structures across multiple workstreams and vendors.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, delivery commitments, and SLAs.Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation management.SAP RISE Transformation LeadershipLead customers through SAP ERP modernization journeys.Drive SAP S/4HANA adoption and cloud transformation strategies.Support migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA under RISE with SAP.Advise clients on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), clean core strategy, and innovation roadmap.Financial & Commercial ManagementManage program P&L and financial performance.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization.Drive revenue growth through account expansion and transformation opportunities.Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.Delivery ExcellenceLead geographically distributed teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore locations.Drive delivery standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Implement best practices for Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.Ensure effective resource utilization and competency development.Required Skills & ExperienceSAP ExpertiseExtensive experience in SAP transformation programs.SAP RISE |SAP S/4HANA |SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) |SAP Cloud ALM |SAP Activate Methodology |SAP Business Process TransformationDelivery Management: Proven experience managing large SAP programs valued at multi-million dollars.Program GovernancePortfolio ManagementDelivery AssuranceChange ManagementRisk & Compliance ManagementCloud Transformation ExperienceSAP RISE ProgramsSAP S/4HANA CloudHybrid Cloud LandscapesCloud Migration StrategyDigital Transformation ProgramsLeadership SkillsExecutive communication and stakeholder management.Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to lead large global delivery organizations.Strategic planning and business acumen.Preferred Industry ExperienceManufacturing |Utilities |Consumer Goods|Life SciencesEnergy & ResourcesAutomotiveRetailTelecommunications
