SAP S/4 Technical Development LeadOhio — Onsite 4 days per week. Local candidates preferred; relocation may be considered.Job SummarySeeking a SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead on behalf of our client in Marysville, Ohio to lead development, integration, and extensibility strategy for a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will drive development governance, integration architecture, custom solution strategy, and technical delivery standards across the SAP application landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead development, integration, and extensibility strategies for SAP S/4HANA.Own integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, cloud platforms, external applications, and legacy systems.Establish development standards, integration frameworks, coding guidelines, and technical governance.Lead strategy for custom applications, extensions, WRICEF objects, workflows, reports, forms, and interfaces while supporting SAP Clean Core principles.Define standards for ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite.Lead technical design reviews for custom development and integration solutions.Oversee DevOps, source code management, CI/CD, testing, transport management, and release processes.Partner with architects, developers, and project leadership to ensure consistent technical delivery.Required Qualifications10+ years of SAP development, integration, and technical leadership experience.Strong knowledge of ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite.Experience establishing development standards, integration frameworks, and technical governance.Experience with enterprise SAP integration and extensibility strategies.Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, security, and GRC.Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA certification.Hands-on SAP Basis experience.Experience leading development and integration workstreams for SAP transformation programs.Experience supporting SAP Clean Core and modernization initiatives.
