The team is focused on delivering measurable workforce outcomes, helping clients align technology, talent, and processes to achieve strategic goals.Role Description The SAP S/4HANA Logistics Transformation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA logistics transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to optimize logistics processes such as materials management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business needs into SAP solutions, managing project timelines and deliverables, overseeing change management activities, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. The role also involves mentoring project team members, preparing documentation and training materials, and driving continuous improvement across the logistics landscape.Qualifications Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA logistics modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM/EWM) and end-to-end implementation or transformation projects.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive complex projects from design through deployment.Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with change management, user training, and post-go-live support in SAP environments.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.Prior experience working with consulting firms or in enterprise transformation programs is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
