SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant to support a multi-site ERP migration project on a fractional basis.The project involves migrating two sites to SAP S/4HANA:One site migrating from SAP Business One (SAP B1) to SAP S/4HANAOne site migrating from Sage to SAP S/4HANAKey Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the SAP S/4HANA migration activities across multiple sitesManage the migration of one site from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANAManage the migration of another site from Sage to SAP S/4HANACoordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesWork closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP consultants, and implementation partnersSupport requirements gathering, migration planning, testing, data migration, and deployment activitiesTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project progressCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support resolution of migration-related issuesEnsure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the migrationSupport cutover and go-live planning and coordinationProvide regular project updates and escalate risks or blockers when requiredRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projectsExperience managing or supporting ERP migration/conversion projectsHands-on or project-level experience with SAP Business One and/or Sage migrationsStrong understanding of ERP migration processes, including data migration, testing, cutover, and go-liveStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fractional/part-time engagement
