Location: Fremont, CA / Bay Area ( Remote)We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead to lead the Production Planning workstream for a large-scale digital transformation program.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP/PPDS, Variant Configuration, and Kinaxis RapidResponse, preferably within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill processes.Drive solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.Integrate SAP S/4HANA with Kinaxis RapidResponse, MES, and PLM.Optimize MRP, production planning, capacity planning, heuristics, and detailed scheduling.Support BOMs, routings, production versions, and multi-stage manufacturing processes.Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, business, and IT stakeholders.Lead global onshore/offshore delivery teams.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS experience.Hands-on Variant Configuration experience.Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration.Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, routings, production versions, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM.End-to-end S/4HANA implementation/transformation experience.Experience with UAT, cutover, and hypercare.Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry experience.Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.Nice to HaveSAP IBP / APOS&OP / Integrated Business PlanningSAP BTP / Integration Suite / APIsNPI and engineering-driven supply chainsFab-to-assembly planningPLM-to-ERP engineering change integrationAI/analytics-driven supply chain planning
