SAP S/4HANA Technical LeadFor our client, a stable international manufacturing company operating across automotive, telecommunications, energy, and other technology sectors, we are looking for an experienced professional to take technical leadership of the SAP S/4HANA environment.Location: Hodonín, South Moravian Region, Czech RepublicSalary: up to CZK 110,000 gross/monthYour ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and support for solutions within SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP, and AI.Define and enforce Clean Core principles and SAP development standards.Review technical designs and architectural solutions and oversee code quality.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ABAP and BTP development teams.Work with CDS Views, AMDP, OData/REST and optimize development for SAP HANA.Oversee enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and modernization of legacy solutions.Support S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and the SAP Fiori backend.Coordinate technical specifications, design, and delivery of ABAP/BTP solutions.Design and implement extensions on SAP BTP, including SAP Build and CAP.Participate in the implementation of modern SAP AI solutions, including SAP Joule, and identify practical AI use cases.Oversee SAP Basis activities across DEV, QA, PreProd, and PROD environments.Manage and modernize the CTS/CTS+ transport strategy.Collaborate with internal SAP, AMS, and IT Security teams.Ensure secure system access and connectivity through SSL, SNC, and SSO.Support middleware integration and related solutions.Support the SAP HEC cloud environment and the future transition to RISE with SAP.Your ProfileSecondary school or university education.Minimum 8 years of technical SAP experience.Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development – essential requirement.Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP objects, and CDS Views.Good understanding of SAP system architecture, transports, and performance optimization.Experience supporting production SAP environments within a larger organization.Knowledge of SAP Basis administration.Ability to technically lead and mentor other team members.Willingness to occasionally travel to the company's international locations.What We OfferA key technical position within a strong international manufacturing company.Opportunity to work with modern technologies including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and AI.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Home office option.Regular annual salary reviews.Company benefits focused on health and long-term employee retention.Subsidized company catering.If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please send me your CV in English, and I will contact you with further details.
