SAP S/4HANA Trainer – Retail / Warehouse | Dubai

We are supporting an international consulting organisation seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Trainer for a major transformation programme in Dubai.This is a hands-on, client-facing training role. You'll work directly with business users, SMEs and functional teams to prepare users for new SAP processes and systems through classroom training, virtual delivery, Train-the-Trainer and supporting learning materials.Please note: This position requires proven experience personally delivering instructor-led SAP training to business end users. It is not a purely SAP functional consulting, instructional design or training-content role.What you'll be doingPersonally deliver instructor-led SAP training to business end usersFacilitate classroom, virtual and Train-the-Trainer sessionsDevelop and adapt user guides, job aids and supporting learning materialsWork directly with SMEs, SAP functional consultants and business stakeholdersTranslate SAP processes into practical, user-friendly trainingSupport user readiness, adoption, go-live and hypercareFacilitate workshops and knowledge-transfer sessionsWork on-site with the client in DubaiWhat we're looking forYou should have:Proven SAP S/4HANA training delivery experiencePersonally delivered instructor-led/classroom training to business end usersExperience within an SAP implementation, migration or transformation programmeStrong stakeholder-facing communication and facilitation skillsExperience developing or adapting SAP learning materialsConfidence working in a consulting/client-facing environmentExperience in one or more of the following is particularly relevant:SAP Retail / IS-Retail | Warehouse Management / EWM | MM | Procurement | Inventory | Supply ChainRetail, warehousing or distribution-sector experience would be particularly valuable.Practical requirementsThis is a permanent Dubai-based position requiring regular on-site client presence.Candidates already based in the UAE and available immediately or on short notice are strongly preferred.
