Used to work with providers in a multinational scope and experience on managing changes and new developments for the company.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Functional analysis of new requirements for Retail & logistic SAP S4 HANA needs, taking in consideration best practices and standard workflows for multinational companies of the retail market.Manage assigned projects and its providers, when projects were outsourced, and its team members.Internal and external users education and guidance on best practices, procedures and IT policies.SAP S4 HANA procedures and technical manuals documentation and maintenance.Report periodically to the IT Solution Manager and other member of the IT team.Collaborate in the rest of tasks of the IT Department, Business Applications operations and Systems area.Requirements:Highly experienced in projects management. More than eight years working on changes, development, maintenance and parameterization of SAP S4 HANA logistic modules, IS Retail, Fashion vertical and SAP CAR.Previous experience on Retail and Omnichannel brands.Highly experienced in Business consultancy. More than eight years working on business process related to Retail, Finance, Logistic, Sales and Customer Service.More than five years working on the implementation, maintenance and parameterization of a POS in and multinational market.High level of English. Used to attend meetings, provide support and trainings in an international scope (C1).Nice to have/value added:SAP S4 HANA SD, MM, IS Retail, Fashion & SAP CAR certifications.Project management certifications. Agile/Waterfall methodology.
