SAP SCM Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Architect to lead Digital Core Supply Chain advisory and transformation engagements.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end supply chain transformation programs using SAP S/4HANA, across one or more domains such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping organizations define their future supply chain operating model, develop transformation roadmaps, make SAP architecture decisions, and successfully deliver and adopt S/4HANA-enabled solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP SCM Transformation & ArchitectureLead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Digital Core supply chain transformation programs across Procurement, Manufacturing and/or Maintenance.Define and deliver transformation roadmaps covering Greenfield, Brownfield and Selective Data Transition/Hybrid approaches.Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA architecture, cloud vs. on-premise strategy, integration and technology decisions.Develop SAP BTP strategy, architecture and roadmap, including integration, extensions, analytics and AI/ML capabilities.Translate complex SAP technologies into clear business outcomes and value creation opportunities for senior executives.Work closely with technical architects, consulting teams and SAP delivery teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.Ensure solutions deliver measurable client impact, business value and sustainable adoption.Consulting & Business DevelopmentLead or contribute to RFPs, proposals, bids, client pitches and proposition development.Identify new business opportunities across existing client accounts and transformation programs.Develop and support propositions around SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and Digital Core Supply Chain transformation.Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.Contribute to thought leadership, industry insights, points of view and intellectual capital.People LeadershipLead and mentor consulting and delivery teams across complex transformation programs.Support capability development, training, knowledge sharing and SAP certification initiatives.Build and grow high-performing consulting teams within a matrix environment.Required Skills & Experience12–15+ years of experience in SAP, supply chain transformation, solution architecture, business transformation, program management or technology consulting.Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation programs.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly Procurement, Manufacturing and/or Maintenance.Strong hands-on understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and transformation methodologies.Experience with SAP BTP and its application across integration, extensions, analytics and/or AI/ML.Experience with RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP and cloud-based SAP deployments.Experience leading Greenfield, Brownfield and/or Selective Data Transition implementations.Strong experience working with C-level and executive stakeholders.Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.Strong consulting, stakeholder management and business-development experience.Experience working successfully within a matrix organization.Current or previous experience with a major consulting firm, or industry experience combined with a strong consulting background.Strong Middle East / Saudi Arabia experience and understanding of the regional client landscape is highly desirable.Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring and developing consulting teams.Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer Products & Retail, Automotive or other asset-intensive sectors is advantageous.
