SAP SD Consultant

Own the implementation and process rollout of the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) module, covering business requirement workshops, solution design, and system configuration, while ensuring stable post-go-live operations and support.Work closely with global business teams in regular weekly English-language communication, driving the efficient operation and continuous optimization of core sales processes in the system.Global Top 5 toy and consumer goods multinational group, with business in 121 countries and annual revenue exceeding US$2 billion.Position Impact- Ensure uninterrupted core sales systems across 121 countries, directly supporting the stable operation of the company's Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.- Shorten new-requirement deployment cycles and improve sales operations efficiency and data accuracy through SD solution delivery and process optimization.- Build the knowledge base and deliver key-user training to reduce single-point dependency, supporting the SAP team's long-term capability building.Roles & Responsibilities- Lead SAP S/4HANA SD module implementation and process rollout, covering requirement workshops, solution design, and system configuration.- Take on new business requirements and optimization requests, deliver system solutions, and drive go-live per project plans.- Write and maintain SD module deliverables, including business blueprints, process documents, and functional specifications.- Handle day-to-day SD module support: respond to and resolve system issues quickly to keep core sales operations running; validate system changes through testing and produce test reports.- Document high-frequency issues and solutions, maintain the knowledge base, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to key users; continuously monitor sales processes and propose optimization suggestions.Skills & Experience (Must-haves)- Fluent spoken English - able to host or participate in English meetings (mandatory; regular weekly English communication scenarios).- 5+ years of SAP project experience with 3+ full-cycle SAP implementation projects (from blueprint to go-live); S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.- Deep expertise in SAP SD business logic and backend configuration; familiar with sales pricing, ATP availability check, and MTO/MTS sales models; familiarity with SAP TMS (transportation management) is a plus.- Hands-on experience delivering solutions for intercompany transactions, drop-shipping, and other multi-party trading scenarios.- Bachelor's degree or above, any major; clear logical thinking, strong requirement-analysis skills, and the ability to work independently with business departments.What We Offer- Five-day work week, office next to metro stations; pet- and kid-friendly workplace; star-rated cafeteria, 24-hour gym, and yoga studio.
