The role involves analyzing client requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise landscapes while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Implement and support solutions in SAP SD Vistex covering Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, rebates, chargebacks using Vistex. 2. Analyze business requirements and translate into functional/technical specifications. 3. Configure modules, workflows, and integrations with SAP/Oracle/third-party systems. 4. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support UAT/production issues. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, HR, and IT. 6. Drive continuous improvements, automation, and best practices. Skill Requirements 1. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD Vistex (Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, rebates, chargebacks using Vistex). 2. Experience in end-to-end business process lifecycle (R2R, P2P, OTC, HCM as applicable). 3. Strong SQL/data/reporting knowledge (where applicable). 4. Experience in integrations, APIs, IDOCs, or middleware tools. 5. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
