As a member of the Benelux leadership team, you'll oversee project delivery, develop and retain our consulting talent, and drive business growth. Your impact.As Senior Delivery Director, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on client delivery, consulting management and business development. You'll lead by example, remaining actively involved in client projects while overseeing delivery performance and developing our consulting teams across the Benelux. Working closely with the Managing Director, project managers and competence teams, you'll drive both client success and sustainable business growth.Your responsibilities will include:Lead SAP delivery: Oversee national and international SAP projects and programmes, particularly involving SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP Cloud Private, ensuring successful execution across the Benelux.Deliver against clear targets: Ensure projects meet agreed objectives for budget, timelines and quality, while safeguarding customer satisfaction and profitability.Maintain high personal and team billability: Actively participate in client projects and programmes yourself, spending approximately 80% of your time on billable client work. At the same time, oversee team utilisation and resource planning to achieve a billability target of more than 80% across the consulting team.Grow and retain our consulting team: Deliver against agreed recruitment and team growth targets, minimise employee turnover and build a strong, engaged consulting organisation.Develop people and promote well-being: Coach consultants, support professional development and use team feedback to strengthen engagement and employee well-being.Strengthen client relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, understand client needs and identify opportunities to create additional value.Drive business development: Lead and support sales cycles from opportunity discovery and solution positioning to proposals, negotiations and closing, in collaboration with the Managing Director and internal experts.Build collaboration and expertise: Work with delivery and competence teams to share knowledge, strengthen capabilities and continuously improve how we deliver our services.What you bringYou combine extensive SAP delivery experience with strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to balance business performance with people development.Ideally, you bring:Several years of experience leading complex SAP projects or programmes, particularly involving SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP Cloud Private.Broad SAP expertise and a solid understanding of business processes, integration and SAP system landscapes.Proven experience in consulting management, resource planning, project performance and team development.A strong track record in client relationship management, presales and business development.An established network within the SAP ecosystem, ideally developed through experience at SAP or an SAP consulting partner.Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop and retain consulting talent.A results-driven, pragmatic and customer-oriented mindset, combined with a collaborative approach.A relevant degree in IT, engineering, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Fluency in Dutch and English.
