You will bridge the gap between business leaders and operational teams by translating operational friction into actionable process improvements—without needing to manage underlying data architecture or system integrations.Core Responsibilities:Process Modeling & Architecture: Map, design, and standardize end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) using SAP Signavio Process Manager, adhering strictly to BPMN 2.0 standards.Governance & Collaboration: Establish clear process ownership models, approval workflows, and maintain our single-source-of-truth repository in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.Business Insights & Analysis: Interpret process mining insights and reports from Process Insights / Intelligence to pinpoint cycle-time bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and re-work loops.Best Practice Benchmarking: Utilize SAP Signavio Process Explorer to compare current-state workflows against industry best practices and identify target operating models.Stakeholder Facilitation & Change Management: Lead process discovery workshops with cross-functional teams, align business unit heads on standard ways of working, and foster platform adoption across non-technical users.QualificationsSignavio Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience functionally navigating and modeling within SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Collaboration Hub, and Process Explorer).Business Process Management: 5+ years of experience leading business process re-engineering (BPR), continuous improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.Process Standards & Frameworks: Strong command of BPMN 2.0 modeling standards alongside Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Domain Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of core enterprise operations and value streams (O2C, P2P, R2R, or Supply Chain).Leadership & Communication: Exceptional workshop facilitation skills with a proven track record of managing executive stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams through operational change.SAP S/4HANA: Functional knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA process flows, business capabilities, and SAP Best Practices frameworks.
