SAP Solution & Delivery Lead

Backed by a global engineering business (18k+ people), we’re building a high-autonomy, founder-led practice focused on helping enterprises modernise, scale AI, and unlock value from complex environments.We are looking for a senior, customer-facing SAP professional who can bridge sales, solution architecture, and project delivery. This individual will work directly with UK clients, helping shape winning SAP transformation opportunities, define solution approaches, and lead successful project execution while leveraging Nagarro’s global delivery capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead presales activities, including customer workshops, solution design, proposal development, and RFP support.Advise customers on the most suitable SAP transformation approach and target architecture.Act as the primary customer-facing lead during project delivery.Coordinate onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Provide solution architecture leadership during critical project phases and key decision points.Present solution alternatives and recommendations to customer stakeholders.Manage risks, escalations, governance, and executive-level stakeholder communication.Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.Required Profile10+ years of SAP consulting experience.Proven track record in both SAP presales and project delivery leadership.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the wider SAP ecosystem.Experience in leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.Ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.Strong commercial mindset combined with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.Experience working with global delivery models and distributed teams.Ideal CandidateA customer-facing SAP leader who can identify opportunities, shape winning solutions, and successfully lead SAP transformation programmes for UK clients from sales pursuit through delivery.
