Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions (with emphasis on SAP FICO and master data), and ensuring data integrity across modules. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, providing consulting support on SAP best practices, and resolving system issues in a timely manner. The SAP Specialist will also prepare documentation, participate in testing and deployment activities, and contribute to continuous enhancement of system performance and user experience.Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization within SAP environments.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for translating business needs into effective SAP configurations and solutions.Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with other modules.Proficiency in managing Master Data, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and maintenance procedures.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or related industries is an advantage.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and documentation skills.Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and basic project management practices.
