SAP Integration Lead – BTP / PI/POLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: W2 OnlyExperience: 9–10+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to support the launch and delivery of SAP/System capabilities as part of a large-scale IERP transformation program.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration and SAP PI/PO, along with excellent customer-facing, integration leadership, release management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Mandatory SkillsSAP BTP IntegrationSAP PI/POStrong SAP integration experienceStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsIntegration planning and dependency managementRelease ManagementAgile, JIRA, and SAFe frameworksLaunch readiness and go-live coordinationSIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production stabilizationKey ResponsibilitiesLead SAP integration activities and coordinate integration dependencies across multiple workstreams.Drive launch readiness checkpoints, release coordination, and go-live activities.Coordinate E2E testing and cross-workstream cutover activities.Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program governance stakeholders.Identify and drive closure of launch risks, dependencies, issues, and open decisions.Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, test evidence, issue logs, cutover inputs, and launch sign-off materials.Lead defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.Ensure integration deliverables are aligned with program timelines and release milestones.Provide clear status updates and communicate effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership.Required Qualifications9–10+ years of SAP/IT integration experience.Strong experience with SAP BTP Integration and SAP PI/PO.Proven experience leading SAP integration workstreams in complex enterprise programs.Strong understanding of integration dependencies, release management, testing, cutover, and go-live processes.Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments using JIRA.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.Ability to coordinate effectively across business, functional, technical, and program management teams.Employment RequirementThis position is available on W2 only.Candidates must be able to work under a W2 employment arrangement.
