SAP Success Factors Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to join our team and drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of the SAP SuccessFactors platform across the organization.In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless delivery of HR transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyze, and translate HR requirements into effective system solutionsServe as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors initiatives across HR, IT, and business unitsCoordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality deliveryExperience Required:8–12 years of experience in HR Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation programsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and supportProven track record of leading 2–3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations
