SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors configurations.Design and implement end-to-end processes for:Recruiting Management (RCM)OnboardingLearning Management System (LMS)Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Manage data migration activities and ensure system data integrity.Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations to stakeholders.Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.Deliver user training and prepare system documentation.Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation.Strong hands-on experience with:SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)SAP SuccessFactors OnboardingSAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsSAP SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM)SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management (GM)Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and data migration projects.SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
