The consultant will configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, translate business requirements into system solutions, and support end-to-end project activities from discovery to post-go-live stabilization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing HR and business processes, preparing functional and technical documentation, coordinating integrations with other systems, and managing master data setup and validation. The role also involves conducting workshops and training sessions, advising stakeholders on best practices, performing system testing and issue resolution, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The consultant will contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, proposing enhancements, and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess requirements, interpret data, and design effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Consulting expertise, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation to business and technical audiences.Solid understanding of HR and related business processes, with the ability to map workflows to SuccessFactors modules and recommend process improvements.Experience managing and maintaining master data within SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Knowledge of system integration concepts and tools, including experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration (e.g., Employee Central, Talent modules) and familiarity with implementation methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are preferred.Prior experience in consulting or digital transformation projects
