As part of enterprise digital transformation—migrating from legacy Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors Public Cloud—we are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC) to join our IT / Enterprise Applications team!Role ImpactYou will lead the functional design, configuration, data migration, and ongoing governance of the Core HR system for a multi-entity group supporting a workforce of 15,000+ employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Rollout & Architecture: Lead the functional configuration of Foundation Objects, MDF (MetaData Framework) objects, Business Rules, Position Management, Workflow Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).Legacy Data Migration: Drive data migration strategies from Oracle EBS HR to SF EC, ensuring high data accuracy, mapping integrity, and historical retention.Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with integration leads to ensure seamless data flow between SF EC, SAP Payroll Processing (Private Cloud Edition), and S/4HANA Cloud via SAP Integration Suite.Business Transformation: Conduct business process mapping workshops, author Functional Specifications (FSDs), and lead UAT, cutover execution, hypercare, and user training.What We Are Looking For10+ Years in HR Technology, with 5+ years focused specifically on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across multiple full-lifecycle implementations.Proven experience migrating HR processes and data from Oracle EBS to SAP SuccessFactors.Large-scale enterprise background supporting multi-entity setups (>10,000 employees).Certification: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core).Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with XML data models (SDM, CSF), Business Rules Engine, MDF, and RBP framework.Key Differentiator: Middle East / GCC regional localization expertise, along with knowledge of SF Time Tracking and SAP Integration Suite architecture.
