SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Expert

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Expert with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The candidate should have deep configuration experience and the ability to independently handle complex SuccessFactors requirements, implementations and support activities.Note: Candidate must have strong hands-on configuration experience with EC and ECPKey Requirements10–14 years of overall SAP/SAP HCM experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise.Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Excellent configuration experience across EC and ECP.Experience with EC Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows and Business Rules.Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects and associations.Hands-on experience with Time-Off configuration is preferred.Strong experience with ECP payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processing.Experience with EC–ECP integration, data replication and payroll-related interfaces.Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, APIs and OData is preferred.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and production support.Strong ability to troubleshoot complex EC/ECP issues and provide root-cause analysis.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.Multi Country payroll experience needed Candidate who is an expert in the below SuccessFactors modules:Employee CentralEC payroll (KSA, UAE, multi-country payroll, with PCR schema expertise)
