Job Role:SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant Job Type: Permanent Job Requirements:1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.2. Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA3. Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.4. Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.5. Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.6. Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM7. Involved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll8. Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.9. Previous consulting experience is mandatory10. Strong stakeholder management experience11. Must have good communication/documentation skills8.
