SAP SuccessFactors EC + Time Management Consultant 💼 Experience: 10–12 Years 🏢 Domain: SAP SuccessFactors / Human Capital Management (HCM)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Management Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Employee Central, Time Tracking, HR processes, and integrations across SAP SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions and support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management solutions.Configure organizational management, job structures, employee lifecycle processes, and HR master data.Design and implement Time Tracking solutions including work schedules, shifts, overtime, attendance, and absence management.Support integrations between Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.Support employee and manager self-service design and deployment.Manage global assignment and cross-border workforce management requirements.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support activities.Conduct root cause analysis for HR process and data-related issues.Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Experience10–12 years of experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors consulting.Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country Employee Central implementations.Strong understanding of HR business processes, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.Experience with integrations between EC, Time Tracking, Payroll, and related HR systems.Proven experience developing functional specifications, process designs, test scripts, and training documentation.Knowledge of global workforce management and international HR processes.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.Understanding of global HR data privacy and compliance requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to engage directly with business users and resolve complex HR process issues.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business requirements from a client's perspective.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Strong documentation, presentation, and training skills.Preferred QualificationsSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll integrations.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and broader SAP HCM transformation programs.
