The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions, ensuring alignment with client HR processes and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, translating business needs into system configuration, performing testing and defect resolution, and supporting data migration activities. The role also involves preparing project documentation, guiding junior consultants, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. The consultant will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable EC solutions.Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models.Experience with HR processes such as employee life cycle management, organizational management, time and attendance, and master data management.Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing (unit, integration, and UAT).Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems (e.g., APIs, middleware, data interfaces).Proficiency in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams.Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices, templates, and reusable solution assets.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field; relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in consulting environments and in leading or supporting end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementation projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial for local stakeholder engagement.
