SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC & ECP)

Job Purpose:The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC & ECP) is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. The role ensures successful project delivery, compliance with business and regulatory requirements, and the adoption of SAP best practices across core HR and payroll processes, with a particular focus on localization and governmental sector requirements.Key Accountabilities:Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, rollout, and support projects.Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and prepare business and functional design documentation.Configure Employee Central components including Foundation Objects, Position Management, Organizational Structures, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).Configure and support Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking solutions in alignment with business requirements and local labor regulations.Design, configure, and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll areas, and payroll processing activities.Configure and support Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll (EC-ECP) replication and troubleshoot integration issues.Deliver KSA payroll localization requirements including GOSI, WPS, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), allowances, deductions, and payroll compliance requirements.Configure and manage Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll validations, reconciliations, and payroll execution activities.Support payroll posting to Finance, bank file generation (DME), and third-party remittance processes.Plan and execute testing activities including SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, reconciliation, and cutover activities.Support year-end payroll activities, retroactive accounting, and payroll issue resolution.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, and third-party interfaces.Support reporting solutions including Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and People Analytics Story Reports.Prepare project documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and support documentation.Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.Participate in presales activities including solution design, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proposal preparation.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP SuccessFactors practice development and knowledge sharing initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.SAP Activate Methodology knowledge or certification.Minimum Experience:+6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.Proven experience delivering more than 5 full-cycle Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects.Proven experience delivering multiple EC and ECP support and enhancement projects.Strong experience in payroll implementation.Job-Specific Skills:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Foundation Objects and Position Management.MDF Objects and Business Rules Configuration.Workflow Design and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).Employee Lifecycle Management.Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking.Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Payroll Processing.Payroll Control Center (PCC).EC to ECP Point-to-Point Replication.GOSI, WPS, EOSB, and KSA Payroll Localization.Payroll Reconciliation, Retroactive Accounting, and Year-End Processing.SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) and Integration Center.Data Migration and Data Conversion Activities.Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and People Analytics.Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Support.SAP Activate Methodology.Business Process Analysis and Solution Design.Presales and Proposal Development.Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
