The Group also develops e-commerce solutions through BARBORA, the leading online grocery platform across the Baltics.As our business continues to grow and transform, we are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to join our SAP team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of supply chain solutions across multiple countries, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology partners to understand business needs and support effective SAP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical SAP Supply Chain solutions.Contribute to the design and improvement of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes across areas such as Finance, Master Data, Replenishment, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and other related business domains.Support solution decisions throughout project and change request lifecycles, from business analysis through implementation and post-go-live support.Help ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, compliant, and aligned with agreed enterprise standards.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.Share SAP knowledge and best practices with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Keep up to date with relevant SAP capabilities and innovations and help identify opportunities where they could bring business value.Contribute to roadmap planning, solution discussions, and architecture or design reviews where relevant.Core Competencies3+ years of experience working with SAP Supply Chain solutions. Ideally in a Functional Consultant, Senior Consultant or similar role.Good knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes, with experience in one or more of the following:SAP MM (Materials Management)SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)SAP LE (Logistics Execution)Experience working with business processes and SAP integrations.Have completed at least one E2E implementationGood understanding of SAP integration technologies and interfaces with non-SAP systems.Experience supporting SAP implementations, rollouts or transformation projects; international or multi-country experience is an advantage.Good stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to understand business needs and work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.Nice to HaveExperience with SAP S/4HANA projects or transformations.Knowledge of SAP Fiori and/or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar industry.Familiarity with integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or API-based integrations.SAP certification in S/4HANA, Retail or Supply Chain.Experience working in Agile delivery environmentsWe OfferA responsible and dynamic role in an organization driving large-scale transformation initiatives.Challenging international projects using modern SAP technologies.Professional growth opportunities, including training, certifications and conference participation.A collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled team.Hybrid working model and flexible working arrangements.Modern work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,000, depending on your experience and competencies.Please note that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
