SAP Technical Delivery & AMS Lead (French Speaker)

French SpeakingAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Technical Delivery & AMS Lead to oversee the technical delivery, operational stability and governance of enterprise SAP Public Cloud environments.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can combine strong SAP technical expertise with structured AMS governance, release management, stakeholder coordination and technical problem-solving. The successful candidate will remain close to the platform and technical teams while providing leadership across service delivery, incidents, releases, integrations and continuous improvement.Fluent French and English are required due to the international and multi-country nature of the environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Technical Delivery & AMS GovernanceLead the technical delivery and operational governance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments.Manage recurring AMS governance, technical service reviews, operational priorities and improvement initiatives.Monitor incidents, service requests, escalations and DevOps tickets, ensuring effective resolution and ownership.Work hands-on with technical and techno-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex SAP platform issues.Drive service stability, performance and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.Ensure clear ownership, prioritisation and follow-up across technical support activities.Release & Change ManagementLead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release cycles, ideally within a 3-System Landscape (3SL).Perform Release Assessment & Scope Dependency (RASD) reviews and evaluate technical and business impacts.Coordinate release readiness, testing, deployment and post-release validation.Govern technical changes, transports and deployments across SAP environments.Deliver release briefings and “What’s New” sessions to technical and functional stakeholders.Ensure appropriate risk management and business continuity throughout release activities.SAP BTP & Platform ManagementProvide hands-on oversight and governance of SAP BTP services and integrations.Support and monitor SAP CPI / Integration Suite, including iFlows, interfaces and integration health.Oversee or support Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC).Manage SAP OSS activities, technical escalations and S-User administration.Monitor certificate lifecycles and coordinate renewals.Support E-Token and e-invoicing-related technical activities.Troubleshoot platform, integration and connectivity issues when required.Act as a technical reference point for SAP platform and BTP-related topics.IAM, Risk & CompliancePerform and coordinate IAM, authorization and access reviews as part of operational and release governance.Support SAP GRC activities, audits and technical control reviews.Ensure appropriate controls across integrations, access management and authorization landscapes.Identify technical, operational and compliance risks and drive remediation activities.Maintain alignment with internal governance and security requirements.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and coordinate technical and techno-functional teams across AMS and project activities.Provide technical guidance, coaching and escalation support while remaining sufficiently hands-on to challenge and support engineering decisions.Act as a key interface between SAP technical teams, functional teams, service providers and senior stakeholders.Participate in SAP Preferred Success and expert sessions and coordinate escalations with SAP where required.Communicate platform health, incidents, risks, releases and improvement initiatives clearly to senior stakeholders.Support delivery across multi-country and international SAP environments.Drive accountability, service quality and collaboration across distributed teams.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition strongly preferred.Proven experience in SAP Technical Delivery, AMS and operational governance.Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP and CPI / Integration Suite.Experience supporting or managing SAP Public Cloud release and upgrade cycles.Good understanding of 3-System Landscape (3SL) concepts and release governance.Experience with SAP OSS, S-User administration and technical escalation management.Knowledge of SAP IAM, GRC and authorization controls.Experience with integration monitoring, CPI iFlows and certificate lifecycle management.Strong understanding of incident, change, release and service management.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work directly with SAP technical teams when required.Proven experience leading or coordinating technical and techno-functional teams.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience working across multi-country or international enterprise environments.Fluent French and English.Preferred ExperienceHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 3SL.Experience with MBC and DRC.Exposure to RASD and SAP Public Cloud release assessment processes.Experience with
