Location – GurgaonEmployment Type - Full TimeProfile – SAP B1 Techno Functional ConsultantPreferred experience – 4-6 Years The Role: We are looking for a techno-functional SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant to join the Bhaane Group. The role will work with IT and business stakeholders to support SAP B1 implementation, customization, integrations, process automation and ongoing system optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP B1 modules, SQL, SAP HANA, Crystal Reports, integrations and business analysis.Responsibilities: 1. SAP B1 Implementation & Support·      Lead and support SAP Business One implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.·      Provide ongoing functional and technical support for SAP B1.·      Analyze business processes, identify gaps and recommend SAP B1 solutions.·      Manage hypercare and post-production support.·      Drive system enhancements, optimization and continuous improvements.2. Functional & Technical Expertise·      Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules including:FinancialsSalesPurchasingInventoryWarehouse ManagementProductionIntegrations·      Work extensively with SAP HANA, SQL and Crystal Reports.·      Develop queries and support dashboards, reports and business insights.·      Ensure appropriate accounting impact for SAP B1 transactions.·      Work with APIs, databases and third-party applications for system integrations.3. Business Analysis & Process Management·      Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and process requirements.·      Gather, document, analyze and validate business requirements across Retail, Finance, Production, Warehouse, HR and other business functions.·      Translate business requirements into functional requirements and SAP B1 solutions.·      Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, functional specifications and requirement documents.·      Conduct fit-gap analysis between existing processes and proposed SAP B1 solutions.·      Evaluate the impact of system changes on business processes, integrations, reporting and accounting.·      Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and system optimization.4. Testing & UAT·      Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.·      Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).·      Track defects and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.·      Validate system changes before deployment.·      Ensure system quality, integrity and business readiness.5. Retail & Warehouse Integration·      Support integration of SAP B1 with retail stores and warehouse management systems.·      Provide functional inputs for retail-specific applications and processes.·      Support inventory, supply chain, warehouse and store operations.·      Ensure seamless data flow between SAP B1 and integrated systems.6. Integration & Technical Collaboration·      Work with developers, integration teams and third-party vendors to implement SAP B1 enhancements.·      Support API-based integrations between SAP B1 and enterprise/third-party applications.·      Participate in technical discussions and solution design.·      Coordinate with development teams for customization and system enhancements.·      Explore and support integration of AI solutions with SAP and enterprise systems where relevant.7. Project & Stakeholder Management·      Manage assigned SAP B1 projects and enhancement initiatives.·      Coordinate project timelines, resources and deliverables.·      Work closely with IT leadership, business users, functional teams, developers and vendors.·      Act as the primary point of contact for SAP B1 business requirements and functional discussions.·      Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.8. Training & Documentation·      Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications and process documentation.·      Prepare process flow diagrams and requirement documentation.·      Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.·      Promote SAP B1 best practices across business functions.Must-Have Qualifications: ·      4–6 years of experience as an SAP B1 Techno Functional Consultant.·      Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation, configuration, customization and support.·      Strong functional knowledge of SAP B1 Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse and Production modules.·      Strong expertise in SAP HANA and SQL.·      Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SAP B1 query generation.·      Experience with SAP B1 integrations, APIs and third-party applications.·      Strong understanding of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, BRD/FRD, functional specifications and UAT.·      Strong understanding of accounting impact and financial processes within SAP B1.·      Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams and vendors.·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.Preferred Skills:·      Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse or Inventory Management processes.·      Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.·      Willingness to travel as required.·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Application Method Apply on LinkedIn or email your resume to: careers@speedmart.co.in
