SAP Warranty Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Warranty Management and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.SAP S/4HANA Warranty ManagementSAP S/4HANA Warranty Management covers the full warranty lifecycle—registration, claim validation, processing, settlement, and financial postings—with real-time capabilities and seamless integration to SD, MM, FI/CO, and Service modules. You will design and configure solutions that improve claim accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead/participate in SAP Warranty Management implementations on S/4HANATranslate business requirements into SAP functional solutionsConfigure end-to-end processes: registration, validation, claims, approval/rejection, settlement, reimbursement (parts & labor), and accrualsPrepare functional specs, process flows, config documents, and test scenariosSupport SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercareIdentify gaps and coordinate RICEF, interfaces, and enhancements with technical teamsEnsure integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and After-Sales processesProvide production support and deliver user training/knowledge transferMandatory Skills & ExperienceStrong functional expertise in SAP Warranty ManagementHands-on SAP S/4HANA experienceAt least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementationUnderstanding of automotive/after-sales warranty processesFull lifecycle experience: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deploymentExperience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercareKnowledge of integration with SD, MM, and FI/COStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred SkillsAutomotive or Manufacturing industry experienceS/4HANA 2020 or later releasesSAP Fiori and modern S/4HANA processesSAP Service / Customer Service / After-Sales knowledgeSAP Activate methodologyGlobal or multi-location project experienceEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fieldSAP certification in S/4HANA / Warranty (preferred)
