The team is committed to personalized guidance, consistent support, and results-driven learning experiences.Role Description The SAT English Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The mentor will design and deliver SAT English lessons, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and essay writing, in alignment with test patterns and scoring criteria. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive classroom sessions, assigning and reviewing practice tests, providing individualized feedback, and tracking student progress. The role also involves creating and updating learning materials, communicating with parents or guardians about student performance, and collaborating with other mentors to refine teaching strategies. The SAT English Mentor is expected to maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment and consistently prepare students to achieve higher SAT scores.Qualifications Strong command of English language, including reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing.Experience in test preparation or teaching English for standardized exams such as SAT, ACT, or similar assessments.Ability to design lesson plans, develop practice questions, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate high school–aged learners.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with students, families, and colleagues.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are an advantage.Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to track progress and enhance instruction.Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially in a school or coaching center environment, is highly preferred.
