This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving daily lesson planning, delivery of interactive classes, and one-on-one doubt clearing sessions. The mentor will analyze student performance data, offer targeted feedback, and design practice exercises and mock tests aligned with SAT standards. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed progress reports, communicating regularly with learners and guardians, and collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials and strategies. The role also involves staying current with SAT exam changes and incorporating best practices in test-taking strategies and academic support.Qualifications Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and academic writing.Experience in standardized test preparation, preferably SAT English mentoring or coaching for similar exams.Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and use of digital tools for teaching and assessment.Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are an advantage.Ability to interpret student performance data and adapt instructional strategies to varied learning styles.Previous experience in tutoring or teaching adolescents in an academic or coaching environment.Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
