We are looking for educators who are not just subject experts, but are genuinely invested in helping students improve and succeed.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAT Reading & Writing Trainer to join our team full-time in a remote capacity.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and an exceptional educator who understands the SAT beyond just the content. You should be able to identify why a student is making mistakes, simplify complex concepts, build effective strategies, and consistently push students towards their goals.You will:Conduct engaging and personalized SAT Reading & Writing sessions.Analyze student performance and identify specific learning gaps.Use our AI-powered platform, mocks, and performance data to guide instruction.Develop targeted practice plans, homework, and revision strategies.Provide clear, actionable feedback and hold students accountable for their preparation.Track student progress and communicate effectively with students and parents.Collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve our curriculum and teaching practices.Stay updated with changes to the SAT and evolving best practices in SAT preparation.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Has proven experience teaching SAT Reading & Writing, preferably with a strong track record of improving student scores.Has a demonstrated track record of student results, particularly in the Reading & Writing section.Has a deep understanding of SAT Reading & Writing concepts, question types, and test-taking strategies.Is student-centric and genuinely cares about the progress and experience of every student.Is passionate about teaching and motivated by the opportunity to create a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys.Can diagnose a student's weaknesses rather than simply teach the syllabus.Is patient, approachable, encouraging, and able to build strong relationships with students.Communicates complex concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.Is comfortable using technology, online teaching platforms, and data to drive instruction.Takes ownership of student outcomes and consistently goes beyond the classroom to support improvement.Has excellent command of English grammar, usage, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and rhetorical skills.Is available to work full-time remotely, with flexibility to accommodate students across different time zones.Prior SAT teaching experience is a must. A proven record of helping students achieve significant score improvements will be highly valued.
