Saudi Arabia Country Manager

Anton Oilfield Services is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on driving sales growth, business development, and market expansion across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be a local or regional professional with strong relationships across national oil companies, government stakeholders, local partners, and contractors, and proven success in developing new markets and managing client portfolios.ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Develop customers and identify project opportunities in target Middle East markets, ensuring alignment with Anton’s long‑term growth strategy.Client Engagement: Lead or support client visits, tender preparation, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and execution follow‑up.Strategic Partnerships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with NOCs, government bodies, agents, and partners, positioning Anton as a trusted partner in the Saudi market.Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate headquarters and local technical/commercial resources to support delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Market Intelligence: Report competitor activity, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts, while providing strategic insights to guide regional decision‑making.Strategic Leadership: Shape Anton’s positioning in Saudi Arabia by identifying long‑term opportunities, influencing policy discussions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Growth Strategy: Drive initiatives that expand Anton’s footprint in Saudi Arabia, including partnerships, joint ventures, and innovative service offerings.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, International Trade, or Engineering Management (Master’s/MBA is a plus).Minimum 15 years in oil & gas or energy sales/business development.Demonstrated expertise in new‑market development, tenders, contracts, and compliance.Fluent in English and Arabic; Chinese language skills are an advantage.Strong client‑development, negotiation, self‑management, and cross‑cultural communication skills.Willingness to travel across target markets.What We OfferThis is a senior opportunity to lead Anton’s Saudi Arabia operations, with responsibility for market growth, client development, and strategic partnerships.
