Saudi Business Analyst

We would like to open a vacancy for a Saudi Business Analyst with a minimum of two years of experience in the banking sector.ResponsibilitiesElicit and document requirements from banking and finance clients, translating them into a clear BRD and user stories.Map and model current and target processes (As-Is / To-Be).Author business rules and decision matrices for credit strategies (origination, pricing, limits, collections) in a form configurable on the platform.Prepare acceptance test cases and support the client through UAT to sign-off.Work with data science to translate model outputs (scorecards, recovery prioritization) into functional requirements and monitoring dashboards.Produce status reports, meeting minutes, and documented scope decisions and change requests.Run client workshops and present solutions to their business teams.Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in MIS, computer science,accountancy, finance, or a related field.Two years of hands-on business analysis experience, strongly preferred within banking, finance, or a technology provider serving that sector.Working knowledge of the credit lifecycle: application, verification, decisioning, monitoring, delinquency, and collections.Ability to write client-facing requirements documentation in both Arabic and English.SQL sufficient to query and validate data independently.Advanced Excel and documentation tooling (Jira / Confluence / Visio or equivalent).Preferred qualificationsPrior exposure to credit decisioning platforms, loan origination systems, or collections systems.Familiarity with SIMAH reports and credit bureau products.Power BI or a comparable visualization tool.Experience working in an Agile environment.
