As a total IT infrastructure solutions provider, RMG supports the full project lifecycle, from consulting and design to implementation, integration, and outsourcing services.Role Description The Saudi Energy Efficiency Program (SEEP) Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Riyadh. The trainer will design and deliver SEEP training programs, workshops, and courses focused on energy efficiency, energy management, and related industry practices. Daily tasks include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom and practical training sessions, and using case studies and real-world examples to illustrate best practices in energy efficiency. The role involves assessing participant performance, providing feedback and coaching, and updating training content to align with current regulations, standards, and technological developments. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met, maintain accurate training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of SEEP curricula and delivery methods.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate energy performance, and support evidence-based training content.Candidates should possess knowledge of the Energy Industry and Energy sectors, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.Candidates should possess skills in Energy Management to design and deliver training on efficiency strategies, monitoring, and optimization.Candidates should possess an understanding of Power Generation processes and systems to contextualize energy efficiency measures.Relevant academic background in engineering, energy, environmental science, or a related field.Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator, preferably in energy efficiency or technical training programs.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups.Ability to develop structured training materials and adapt content to different learner levels.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Familiarity with Saudi energy efficiency initiatives, standards, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
