We are looking for a Saudi Medical Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in medical complexes or hospitals and will be responsible for managing medical insurance approvals, coordinating with insurance companies, ensuring claim accuracy, and supporting smooth patient services.Key Responsibilities:* Process medical insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations.* Coordinate with insurance companies regarding approvals and claims.* Review medical documentation to ensure compliance with insurance policies.* Follow up on pending approvals and rejected claims.* Ensure accurate insurance data entry and documentation.* Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize workflow.Requirements:* Saudi National (Required).* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.* Previous experience in medical insurance within a medical complex or hospital is required.* Knowledge of medical insurance policies and approval procedures.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
