Role DescriptionThe SAUDI ONLY – Consultant Associate (Fintechs Experience Mandatory) will support WithGrowth’s clients in the fintech sector by analyzing business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to strategy execution. This is a contract role based on-site in Jeddah, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver practical, data-informed recommendations.Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting market and product data, assisting in designing growth experiments, supporting implementation of marketing and product initiatives, and preparing clear reports and presentations. The Consultant Associate will help coordinate project activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment between client objectives and WithGrowth’s strategic approach.The role requires a strong understanding of fintech business models and the ability to translate insights into actionable steps for measurable results.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in the fintech industry, with strong understanding of fintech products, regulatory environment, and customer journeys.Proficiency in business and market analysis, including data interpretation, benchmarking, and identifying growth opportunities.Experience contributing to marketing and growth initiatives, such as customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.Ability to support product-focused work, including evaluating product performance, user feedback, and experiment design.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.Proven capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.From Saudi Arabia and based in Saudi Arabia. Able to work on-site in Riyadh/Jeddah.Fluency in English and Arabic required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; consulting or startup experience is mandatory.
