Role OverviewSquadio is seeking a Part-Time Saudi Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing CVs and identifying qualified candidates across both technical and non-technical roles, based on specific client requirements, with a focus on positions marked as urgent to hire.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen CVs for talent across tech and non-tech positions, based on client-specific requests and requirements.Prioritize sourcing efforts for urgent, time-sensitive positions to meet tight client hiring timelines.Match candidate profiles against client job requirements and specifications, regardless of role type or industry.Maintain an organized pipeline of sourced candidates for active and upcoming client needs across various functions.Coordinate with internal teams to understand client hiring needs and priorities, whether technical or business-focused.Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals) to identify suitable candidates for diverse role types.Ensure timely delivery of qualified CVs in line with client timelines, especially for urgent roles.Qualifications:Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally across both technical and non-technical fields.Strong understanding of CV screening and candidate evaluation across varied industries and role levels.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations between clients and candidates (for example, salary discussions and offer terms).Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests simultaneously, including urgent priorities.Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.Must be ready to join immediately.
