This role partners closely with SBS Service Delivery teams and business leaders to drive service excellence, operational effectiveness, and strategic growth.The SBS Operations Senior Manager plays a critical role in overseeing regional service delivery, managing demand pipelines, capacity planning, service placement strategies, and supporting key SBS initiatives across Brazil. This leader will also be responsible for monitoring and improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring the organization consistently delivers high-quality, efficient, and scalable services. Beyond operational leadership, this role is empowered to drive transformation through influence, collaboration, communication, and execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will champion process standardization, harmonization, optimization, and automation, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, strong governance, and operational excellence.We are looking for a strategic and influential leader who thrives in complex environments, builds strong partnerships across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and business functions, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams while driving meaningful business impact across Brazil and LATAM.📍 São Bernardo do Campo, SP, Brazil | Hybrid (3x2)Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage regional processes, business requirements, documentation, playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories. Manage and continuously enhance SBS processes within the service catalog, including the evaluation of current services, regional systems, taxonomies, tools, business process master lists, and repository governance.Lead the execution of the regional transition program, focusing on process standardization, harmonization, streamlining, optimization, and control analysis. Partner closely with SBS Service Delivery teams to identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives and supporting tools.Prepare and manage the facility budget, process facility-related charges, and monitor expenditures throughout the year to ensure proper financial oversight and cost control.Partner with SBS leadership to build the foundation for the organization and support its continued growth and maturity, driving sustainable operational capabilities and organizational effectiveness.Execute regional transition initiatives to ensure smooth service transfers, effective stakeholder alignment, and seamless handoffs between teams.Develop and implement programs that strengthen operational excellence capabilities, including the assessment, design, and deployment of training initiatives. Promote consistent ways of working, cross-functional collaboration, waste reduction, process standardization, and risk mitigation.Serve as a senior influencer across global, regional, and local leadership teams. Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of standardized SBS processes and operating models. Build strong partnerships across Finance, SBS, IT, Supply Chain, and business functions, while effectively communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.Build and develop high-performing teams across LATAM. Drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence capabilities, professional development, and organizational effectiveness. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning.EducationRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Preferred:MBA, CPA, or other advanced professional certification.Knowledge & Experience10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Shared Services, Operations, or a related business function, with a proven track record in operational excellence, process management, transformation, and business partnership.Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Spanish proficiency is preferred.Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, build cross-functional relationships, and drive alignment across global, regional, and local teams.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.Demonstrated success leading teams both directly and through influence in a matrixed environment.Experience within a Shared Services Center (SSC), multinational organization, or business transformation environment is highly desirable.Previous people leadership experience and exposure to transition management, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives are preferred.Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of end-to-end business processes, including areas such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Hire-to-Retire (HTR), and other Shared Services processes.Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance management frameworks.Experience developing execution strategies, operating procedures, governance models, and process documentation.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, process standardization, and operational excellence principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with Shared Services technologies, workflow tools, automation solutions, and ERP platforms.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives.About UsAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
